The Lakes Distillery doesn't see the key stages of creating whisky (distillation, maturation, blending) as separate processes. They view it as one continuous evolution, and look to layer, build and enhance flavours throughout that entire journey. Their whiskymaker, Dhavall Gandhi, is obsessed with this pursuit for the best possible flavour, and takes a holistic approach to making his whiskies.
