About this Woodrow's whisky

Woodrow's of Edinburgh presents a remarkable 9-year-old Ben Nevis single malt as part of their Warehouse Reserve range, crafted by founder Woody Tan. Distilled on November 19, 2012, and bottled on February 15, 2022, this Highland whisky reflects the bold and complex style Ben Nevis is celebrated for. Matured in a refill hogshead, it was uniquely finished in a combination of American and European oak Oloroso and PX bloodtubs (cask 1727A-H), imparting layers of dried fruit, spice, and rich sweetness. Bottled at a robust cask strength of 58.0%, with natural colour and no chill filtration, this is a truly distinctive whisky. With only 168 bottles produced, it’s an unusual and fascinating release for whisky lovers.
