Goldfinch Whisky Merchants have three core ranges. Goldfinch Bodega Series is a celebration of Spanish sherry, with beautiful oloroso cask matured whiskies. Goldfinch's Paloma range also celebrates Spanish sherry, but this time has a more specific focus on the rather rare Amontillado sherry. And then Goldfinch's Kilnsman's Dram series is their peated range, aged beautifully in sherry.
