Darach is the Scottish Gaelic word for Oak. And given the importance of ageing in casks, oak is the foundation for any Scottish whisky.

Darach's passion is to find the best very single casks possible. All of their single cask whiskies are cask strength, non-chill filtered and natural colour. What’s in the cask goes straight into the bottle.

Not all whiskies are created equally. Each cask is unique. You will be hard-pressed to find the same-tasting whisky. This is why each release is limited. When it’s gone, it’s gone.
