Teaninich 16 Year Old Tasting Notes

Nose: Herbal and grassy. Cooked vegetables. Oregano. Limestone. Interestingly sweet summer fruits take over soon after: pineapple, Pakistani mango, and peach.

Palate: Somewhat creamy, a mix of crème fraîche and powdered sugar. A big bag of mixed peppers: crushed white, freshly harvested greens and sizzling Szechuan! Time will reward you. Oak wood. A very fresh fruit punch with white grapes, orange, and honey. The alcohol remains nicely integrated. Quite savoury at times. Himalayan salt.

Finish: Drying, leaving your palate ready for more. More grassy than fruity now. Yum, cough syrup based on thyme.
