Girvan 26 Year Old Tasting Notes
Nose: Honey, mandarin, caramel, and a subtle hint of the grain glue character.
Palate: Punchy with cumin and blood oranges with light spices adding depth. Menthol. Maybe some Jaffa cases. Fresh dough.
Finish: Long and satisfying with notes of Szechuan pepper and a lingering sweetness.

Initially aged in a refill hogshead before being transferred into an Amontillado hogsheads for 21 months.
