About The Whisky Cellar Westport 21 Year Old
Technically a Blended Malt, this is ‘tea-spooned’ malt whisky made predominantly from a single well-known Highland distillery.
'Tea-spooning' is when a small amount of whisky from another distillery is added to a cask to protect their trademark. So this is a whisky from a well-known distillery, we're just not allowed to tell you which one.
It is deliciously light and delicate with an emphasis on milk chocolate, vanilla sponge and gentle spice. A great choice by independent bottler The Whisky Cellar.
Quality products, independent brands
All the brands I work with are independent. Many of them are small brands, run by one or two people with a whole load of passion. As a result, these unique products are top quality.
