Paloma, Palo Cortado Finished Whiskies

Independent bottler Goldfinch Whisky Merchants created Paloma to tell the story about the influence different types of sherry can have on single malt whiskies. These releases are finished in an usual cask. Palo Cortado is sherry that has the richness of oloroso with some of the crispness of amontillado. Paloma means 'Dove' in Spanish. And that Spanish connection is reinforced by the beautiful Spanish artwork. These whiskies are elegant, timeless and delicious.
